In Senegal, an initiative launched this Thursday by a dozen civil society organizations "against a 3rd term".
President Macky Sall, in power for ten years, remains unclear about intentions for the next presidential election set for 2024, but the debate agitates the political class.
In an open letter, the signatory organizations call on the Head of State to express himself clearly, and to respect the Constitution, which stipulates in its article 27: "
