According to the agency, back in December 2004, the former official planned to organize the murder of two men whom he considered involved in the attempt on his life, committed two months earlier.
To carry out this task, he attracted a law enforcement officer who took the victims to the territory of the brewery in Pyatigorsk, where the perpetrators of the murder were located.
