Biden will get an updated vaccine for the Corona virus

White House spokesman Kevin Munoz said yesterday that US President Joe Biden will receive an updated vaccine for the Covid-19 virus, tomorrow, and that he is urging more Americans to receive the latest dose.

Only 20 million people in the United States received an updated vaccine for COVID-19 in the past week.

White House spokeswoman Karen Jean-Pierre said that was not enough.

"Everyone should get the updated vaccine as soon as possible," she added.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said last week that 4.5 million Americans received the updated vaccine over the past week, the largest weekly increase since the launch of the fall vaccination program and a 40 percent increase from the previous week.

The United States began releasing doses of the updated Covid vaccine in September, which deals with the original Corona virus and its variants.
