“Our army is suffering, but we are still pumping Ukraine with weapons and money,” RIA Novosti quoted Dupont-Aignan as saying on Twitter.
According to him, France supplies the Ukrainian army despite the lack of funds for its own armed forces.
He noted that the only French aircraft carrier, Charles de Gaulle, was not protected by special anti-missile flares during operations in early 2022.
Earlier, French Minister of Defense Sebastien Lecornu said that France intends to train up to 2,000 military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
