He noted the importance of continuing negotiations with Russia and Ukraine.
The French leader added that the moment when the parties can start negotiations will come.
Earlier, Russian Ambassador to Paris Alexei Meshkov noted that Moscow and Paris maintain regular contacts at the level of leaders and ministers to discuss the conflict in Ukraine.
