They appeared at the press conference in order of power, with President Xi Jinping at the forefront and formalizing his third consecutive term, followed by Shanghai Secretary Li Chang.

Li Chang, known as President Xi Jinping's henchman, is believed to have been appointed as China's second-ranked prime minister.

According to Chinese custom, a person who served as a deputy prime minister was appointed as the prime minister, but Li Chang was interpreted as an extraordinary person in that he did not go through the deputy prime minister and was in charge of the lockdown in Shanghai that lasted for more than two months.

The official nomination of the prime minister will be made in March next year, until then, current Premier Li Keqiang will serve.

Beijing Secretary Tsai Qi, who has recently entered the Standing Committee, Ding Xuexiang, Director of the Central Committee, and Li Shi, Secretary of Guangdong Province, are also close aides to President Xi Jinping, also known as 'Xi Jiajun'.

As a result, Xi Jinping excuses, now four, will occupy all seven over the next five years.

Previously, for the sake of power distribution, other factions, such as the Shanghai Bang and the Gongcheongdan, had also given up their positions as members of the Standing Committee, but this time, it was made up of only people from President Xi blatantly.

This is why it is said that the era of absolute power, under the leadership of Xi Jinping, has arrived.
