The weather Tuesday: cloudy and sometimes humid from the southwest to the central regions and the northeast

The weather on Tuesday will be gray and unstable over a large part of the territory, especially in New Aquitaine and the reliefs, according to Météo-France forecasts.

At daybreak, the sky will often be cloudy from Brittany to Hauts-de-France and Ardennes which will keep the weather bright for the day.

Elsewhere, the clouds will dominate with some greyness localized in the Rhone Valley.

The weather will be rough on New Aquitaine with locally stormy showers on its Atlantic coast.

This disturbed area will slowly shift towards the center of the country during the day.

Thunder claps can be heard

In the afternoon, instability will form on the reliefs of the Massif-Central, the south of the Alps, Corsica, the Pyrenees and its foothills.

A few claps of thunder can be heard under the most intense showers.

During the following night, residual showers will still fall on Auvergne and locally on the Southwest.

Night temperatures will be cool in Normandy and Hauts-de-France with 4 to 7 degrees, locally less.

On the rest of the northern half, it will be 8 to 12 degrees as well as on the southeastern quarter.

On the south-west quarter and the Mediterranean rim, the values ​​will be between 12 and 15 degrees.

Maximum temperatures will range from 16 degrees on the Channel coast to 24 degrees in the south of the country and in Corsica.
