His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State and President of the friendly Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, discussed various aspects of bilateral relations and joint work between the two countries and promising opportunities for their development and transition to broader horizons to serve their mutual interests, within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership that brings together the UAE And Serbia, in addition to a number of regional and international issues and developments of interest to the two countries.
This came during a meeting held by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Aleksandar Vucic, yesterday, in the capital, Belgrade, as part of a working visit by His Highness to Serbia.
President Aleksandar Vucic welcomed the visit of His Highness and the accompanying delegation to Serbia, stressing that the visit constitutes a strong impetus for the development of distinguished bilateral relations in all fields.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the President of Serbia reviewed various aspects of cooperation in the economic, commercial and political fields to achieve the interests of the two countries and their friendly peoples.
The two sides also discussed a number of regional and international issues of common concern, and in this context stressed the need for joint action to support peace, stability and development efforts at the regional and global levels.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides affirmed their common interest in continuing communication and constructive work at all levels to develop the prospects for UAE-Serbian relations, especially in light of the two countries' efforts to build sustainable model economic partnerships in line with development priorities and contribute to achieving their aspirations for a promising future.
