«Zayed Housing» approves 538 new housing decisions, worth 430 million dirhams

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, has announced the adoption and issuance of housing aid decisions for the month of October, with a total of 538 new housing decisions worth 430 million dirhams, including the fourth batch of loan beneficiaries within the new housing policy with 500 new housing finance decisions worth 400 million dirhams, bringing the total that has been issued and announced since the beginning of this year to 2,214 housing assistance decisions, with a total value of 1.76 billion dirhams.

The Director of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, Eng. Muhammad Al-Mansoori, said: “The program is on the right path towards implementing the leadership’s directives to reach the target of 3000 beneficiaries of loans during the current year, at a rate of 500 housing decisions per month, and work is underway to develop integrated scenarios that contribute to achieving the state’s housing goals. Which represents a major focus for the next 50 years, raising the level of happiness and quality of life, and supporting family stability and well-being.”

He added: "The housing file is a priority within the strategic directions of the state for the next 50 years, and the approach of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, and his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, as it enjoys follow-up.
