The inspection was organized jointly with the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
“Regional prosecutors have been instructed to check on the ground the availability and affordability of thermal underwear, sleeping bags, shoes, medicines and medical essentials and other goods for which there is now an increased demand,” RIA Novosti quotes a message from the department.
Earlier it became known that the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia asked the largest online trading platforms Yandex, Ozon and Wildberries to provide information on the weighted average, maximum and minimum selling prices and on the dynamics of sales of military equipment and other military products in August-September 2022.
