The court upheld the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for 105 billion rubles against the former owners of CHEMK. Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, in an interview with Kommersant, noted that since 2023, 15 strategic enterprises have been returned to state ownership through the courts.

According to him, the total cost exceeds 333billion rubles. The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region satisfied the claim for the transfer to Russia of shares of three plants: ChEMK, JSC Serov Ferroalloy Plant and JSC Kuznetsk Ferro alloys.
