A representative of the Prosecutor General's Office announced this after a meeting of the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region.

“The claim has been satisfied,” he told reporters.

As RIA Novosti recalls, on February 26, the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for the transfer to Russia of shares of three plants: ChEMK, JSC Serov Ferroalloy Plant and JSC Kuznetsk Ferroalloys.

Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, in an interview with Kommersant, noted that since 2023, 15 strategic enterprises have been returned to state ownership through the courts. According to him, the total cost exceeds 333 billion rubles.
