Bailiffs seized the property of all enterprises of the pasta manufacturer Makfa. This measure was taken to secure the claim of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office to recover the property.
Makfa decided not to comment on the Prosecutor General’s Office's claim against the company. Employees of the enterprises were warned of criminal liability for attempts to take away or take any other actions in relation to seized objects. The bailiffs also demanded all documents from the defendants' lawyer Igor Trunov.
