TASS reports this.

It is clarified that the seizure has been imposed on all movable and immovable property.

This measure was taken to secure the claim of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office to recover the property of Makfa and its affiliated companies.

As noted by the defendants' lawyer Igor Trunov, the bailiffs also demanded all documents.

“Bailiffs today introduced interim measures in Chelyabinsk and other regions, which significantly affects the work of all separate divisions of Makfa and all vehicles specified in the resolution,” he said, confirming that measures were taken in relation to all enterprises.

Employees of the enterprises were warned of criminal liability for attempts to take away or take any other actions in relation to seized objects.

Earlier, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit against Makfa. Makfa decided not to comment on the Prosecutor General’s Office’s claim against the company.
