Shoigu held talks with the Minister of Defense of Armenia and the head of the General Staff of Azerbaijan

With the Armenian Minister of Defense, he discussed the current situation in the region, as well as in the areas where Russian peacekeepers are performing tasks in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Issues of the current situation in the region were also discussed with the Azerbaijani side.

Armenia and Azerbaijan had previously reached an agreement on a truce from 20:00 (19:00 Moscow time) on September 14.
