• Basque Country The police do not detect chemical remains in any of the 127 punctures recorded at the Basque Country festivities

A minor under 14 years of age has been identified as the author of several punctures with a wire to women at the

Albacete Fair

, during which the action protocol for possible cases of chemical submission due to punctures has been launched on 17 occasions.

After being identified, the minor has been placed at the disposal of the

National Police

and his relatives have been informed that he is the possible author of several punctures in a "joke" tone to women, who have been very surprised by his attitude, The mayor of Albacete,

Emilio Sáez

, reported this Wednesday

.

To questions from journalists, the alderman has advocated maintaining the regulatory protocol that has been established for possible punctures for chemical submission, which in this case has been launched by the

Albacete City Council

with the collaboration of the Government of Castilla-La Stain.

Although he has considered that if this type of "jokes" became such a

"lasting fad so macabre"

, some specific regulations would have to be considered to stop this type of behavior.

And he added: "A young man who intends to make a joke with a wire, as may be the case with this minor, or with any other material that can prick a girl, must be crystal clear that this

generates added stress

, with the opening of a protocol that, from a health point of view, generates significant anxiety for the affected person".

Likewise, he has warned those who think of following this type of behavior to be clear that they will not have difficulties in identifying him, because the Albacete fairgrounds are highly controlled and

"they can be hunted."

Since the fair began on September 7, more than 1.7 million people have passed through the fairgrounds, the protocol for possible punctures due to chemical submission has been activated 17 times and six complaints have been filed with the Police National, recalled the mayor of Albacete.

Although in all cases the results of the analyzes have been negative in terms of possible injected substances, Sáez has indicated, who has insisted on warning about the anxiety and problems generated by those affected and has asked the young people "to let nonsense."
