The Sheikh of Al-Azhar meets the Islamic delegations participating in the Conference of Religious Leaders in Kazakhstan

 The Grand Imam, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders, met today with the heads of the Islamic delegations participating in the Seventh Conference of Religious Leaders, under the title “The Role of Religious Leaders in the Spiritual and Social Development of Humanity in the Post-Covid 19 Epidemic Period.”

The Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif led the heads and members of the Islamic delegations participating in the conference to perform the noon prayer at the “Hazrat Al-Sultan” mosque. After the prayer, he exchanged conversations with the heads and members of the Islamic delegations participating in the conference, and listened to some Kazakhstan students who received scholarships to study at Al-Azhar University.
