Russian President Vladimir Putin takes part via videoconference in the opening ceremony for traffic on new and reconstructed sections of the transport network: the M-12 (Moscow-Kazan) and M-5 highways, as well as the Yekaterinburg ring road. The first section of the M-12 highway will be 23 km long. It will connect the Central Ring Road and the Moscow Big Ring. RT is broadcasting live.
