The private sector for a period of five years, with a maximum of 5,000 dirhams per month for university students, 4,000 dirhams for diploma holders, and 3,000 dirhams for high school holders, above the salary they receive, with the aim of encouraging major companies and institutions in the private sector to attract national talent and competencies.
