According to the diplomat, Minsk has consciously made a choice in favor of renouncing the possession of nuclear weapons and does not intend to change its position.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in the coming months, Russia would transfer to Belarus the Iskander-M systems, which can use ballistic and cruise missiles in both conventional and nuclear versions.

The press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov said that Putin did not talk about the transfer of missiles with nuclear weapons to Minsk, the conversation was about complexes technically capable of carrying various types of weapons.
