The ministry recalled that on August 1, the Razoni vessel with corn on board under the flag of Sierra Leone headed from the port of Odessa to Lebanon.
“The Russian Federation is taking a set of necessary measures to ensure the safety of civil navigation and prevent provocations along the crossing route,” Mizintsev said.
Earlier, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov announced the departure of the first vessel with 26,000 tons of corn from the Odessa port.
