He says that the association can expect to account for upwards of 20 percent and that a loan will finance it.

- We have not been in a bad position, but we do not have that much money, states chairman Karl-Ivar Cantzler, who lives in the house next to what burned down.

"Exciting final note"

The association has tried to get an advance notice of a more exact amount but received the answer that it will be summed up later.

- It will be exciting to see when the final note comes.

In addition to the fire and water damaged house, the neighboring property is part of the association.

That house also currently has scaffolding.

The background is that the Rescue Service has demanded measures there as well.

The neighboring house on Fridhemsvägen 12 has a eaves in fire-resistant material.

- The fire spread upwards and the eaves in both houses will now have non-combustible material, so that the fire can not get through there in an hour.

Wood becomes sheet metal

On five balconies, the wood is replaced with sheet metal and the association has also received an order to reserve space for the rescue service's step vehicles outside the houses.
