His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, launched the UAE Experts Program in 2019, which provides guidance and training support under the supervision of a high-level team of mentors and consultants in the UAE government and businessmen within the main sectors, and aims to enhance the role assigned to Emirati specialists who They are distinguished in their fields and prepare them to contribute to the construction and development process that the country is witnessing within the main social and economic sectors.

The Emirates Experts Program ensures the necessary guidance and preparation, which is provided by government agencies and business leaders, in addition to the expertise of executive educators and specialists in specific sectors from leading partner institutions around the world, with the aim of establishing 5 main foundations for lifelong learning, which are reflective, analytical and global capabilities, cooperation, and implementation.

The third batch focuses on enhancing the expertise and skills of 15 specialists across three main groups: economic development, social development, sustainability and infrastructure. One specialist will be chosen within 15 of the strategic sectors that are essential to achieving the strategic goals in the UAE.

In line with the national social and economic priorities in the UAE, and emphasizing efforts to keep pace with the requirements of the current and future phase, and to provide specialized expertise for Emiratis, the program is supervised by a group of the best trainers in the UAE and the world in various fields, to ensure the provision of opportunities for guidance and skills development for the participants in the program.

Participants in each batch adhere to a rigorous program designed to hone their leadership skills and experience as they work on strategic projects within their key sectors that represent the priorities identified by the wise leadership of the UAE.

The program was developed in cooperation with educational partners in the UAE and internationally, and sector leaders, with the aim of enabling applicants to gain experience and specialization within their sectors, and to develop and harness their expertise, skills and knowledge in order to achieve growth and prepare for the future of the UAE.

The participants in the third batch of the program in the field of economic development represent a group of sectors, namely economic development, science and advanced research, technology and innovation, space, media, creative industries, tourism, retail and lifestyle ..
