The State Administration for Market Regulation recently issued a notice on organizing the application for the third batch of national innovation pilot projects for trade secret protection. People's governments in various regions shall voluntarily submit applications for innovation pilots based on the business secret protection status and development needs of their respective regions.
Pilot subject: Trade secrets. Pilot area: 5-10 areas where local governments attach high importance, have clear work ideas, clear innovation directions, outstanding advantages in key industries. Pilot date: April 30, 2024. Pilot location: cities with independent state planning, sub-provincial cities, prefecture-level cities, municipalities and districts.
