The death toll from a Russian missile strike on Monday against a shopping center in Kremenchuk in Ukraine has risen to 16 dead and 59 wounded, said the head of the Ukrainian emergency services.
"At present, we are aware of 16 dead and 59 injured, 25 of whom are hospitalized. The information is being updated," Sergiy Kruk said on Telegram.
