Temperatures have reached over 40 degrees in France and Spain in the past week, but now the extreme heat is calming down on the Iberian Peninsula.
Instead, really hot weather awaits in Italy and the Balkans where it can be between 35 and 40 degrees in the coming days.
But we must not feel that heat in Sweden.
- This really hot air will pull away to the east and will not really reach Sweden.
With us, it will be more pleasant temperatures and continued unstable weather, says SVT's meteorologist Deana Bajic.
