Recently, congressmen from the United States and Slovakia have visited Taiwan one after another. The DPP authorities regard them as "Taiwan's good friends" and advocate "the continuous deepening of friendly relations."
By unscrupulously wooing foreign anti-China parliamentarians and creating the illusion that all countries support "Taiwan independence", the DPP authorities have harmed the Taiwanese people, and they are also going further and further on the road of no return.
Since the DPP authorities have taken power, they have been intoxicated with themselves under the banner of "democracy and freedom", while exaggerating the "suppressed" and selling miserable public opinion, ignoring the fact that the one-China principle has long become the consensus of the international community and the basic norm of international relations, and frequently engages with others. The countries are linked together, and all kinds of "independence" provocations are too numerous to describe.
Obviously, the DPP authorities have not been rewarded for relying on foreign forces over the years: the green media on the island had previously touted the US State Department website to delete the statement that it does not support "Taiwan independence", but it has now been put back; Political basis, the drama of participating in the World Health Assembly is self-indulgent; the so-called "diplomatic countries" are declining in an avalanche, and more and more countries are choosing to stand on the right side; ", American scholars released "Taiwan-destroying theories" such as "sending troops to destroy Taiwan's infrastructure" and "bombing up TSMC" during the war...
Many people of insight in Taiwan do not buy into the DPP authorities' flattery and farce performances.
"They are all here to ask for political donations" and "I came to sell weapons again" and other remarks in the news comments of foreign politicians visiting Taiwan. The complaints and ridicules reflect the anxiety of the majority of Taiwanese people about Taiwan's situation and their anger towards the DPP authorities.
A little understanding of international politics shows that external anti-China forces only regard Taiwan as a pawn, and manipulate Taiwan-related issues to obstruct China's reunification and national rejuvenation.
Once the value of use is lost, the "chess pieces" will become "abandoned pieces".
The DPP authorities have been falsified and pretentious, making mistakes again and again in the face of big right and wrong.
The DPP authorities, who are shrewd in calculation, of course understand that the practice of seeking "independence" by taking advantage of hot spots, gaining attention, ignoring the existence, and relying on external forces will not succeed.
Even so, they must go their own way and put one party's selfishness above the interests of the people. On the one hand, the DPP authorities have to cover up their incompetence in power and create a tense atmosphere under the banner of "anti-China Baotai" to increase public support, on the other hand. Clinging to the unreachable fantasy of "Taiwan independence" and attempting to gradually "Taiwan independence" became a reality.
It is necessary for the people of Taiwan to think about where the well-being of the people lies. What is the gain for allowing the DPP authorities to blindly undermine the political foundation of the two sides of the strait, interfere with exchanges, and hinder cooperation?
