[HIGHLIGHTS] Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council: The United States should stop fanning the flames and implement its stance of not supporting "Taiwan independence"

The Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council held a regular press conference on March 27. Spokesperson Chen Binhua answered reporters' questions on recent cross-strait hot issues.

Binhua: Some people in the United States have ulterior motives and continue to concoct some so-called "time points" to hype up the "military threat" from the mainland. Solving the Taiwan issue and realizing the complete reunification of the motherland is the common aspiration of all Chinese people, a sacred mission and a just cause.
