Since May 23, the two sides have fought fiercely in the Kibumba area, 20 kilometers from Goma.
The Chinese Embassy in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) reminds all citizens of Congo not to go to the above-mentioned areas for the time being, and to evacuate or transfer to safe areas as soon as possible the local personnel and institutions.
