[HIGHLIGHTS] DRC: the NGO Action Against Hunger suspends its activities in the Drodro area in Ituri

Action Against Hunger announces its departure from the Drodro health zone in Ituri for security reasons. “ACF has been threatened by all parties to the conflict,” the organization writes in a press release.

In Ituri, it is estimated that more than 1.5 million people have had to leave their homes in the face of the security crisis. Humanitarians are now being targeted, as evidenced by the attack on March 6 on the DRodro reference hospital, in the north-east of the DRC.
