“It has been previously established that the driver of the Volvo XC90 drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a Nissan X-Trail,” RIA Novosti reports.
As a result of the collision, the driver and passenger of the Nissan, as well as the passenger of the Volvo car, died at the scene.
As specified, the driver and two passengers of the Volvo received injuries of varying severity and were taken to a medical facility.
One of the passengers subsequently died.
Earlier in St. Petersburg, according to preliminary data, 11 people were injured in a collision between two minibuses.
