“It has been reliably established that, at the direction of curators from the United States and Great Britain, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and nationalist battalions at large enterprises, including the chemical industry, are equipping powerful fortified areas,” he said.

So, according to Mizintsev, on the territory of the Azot enterprise in Severodonetsk (LPR), the militants placed heavy weapons, and as a “human shield” in underground structures they are holding more than a thousand workers of the plant and local residents.

At the same time, according to him, the nationalists are shelling settlements with MLRS and provoking the Russian Armed Forces to retaliate.

In addition, neo-Nazis mined containers with chemically hazardous substances for their immediate detonation in the event of a forced abandonment of their positions.

Earlier, Mizintsev said that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) plans to commit provocations with the use of chemical weapons in the Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk regions on May 6 to blame the Russian Armed Forces.
