Ukraine's assistant interior minister said a cruise missile headed for Kyiv was shot down by air defenses near Kiev.

Officials in Vinnitsa region, southwest of Kyiv, said local air defenses intercepted two missiles.

  Ukrainian air defense forces said they had intercepted three incoming missiles in southern Odessa.

Earlier on the 3rd, Konashenkov, a spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defense, reported that the Russian army used "Onyx" high-precision missiles to hit the logistics of a military airport used to transport foreign weapons and equipment in the Odessa region of Ukraine. The logistics center, the hangar where the "Flag-Bearer-TB2" UAV was stored, and weapons and ammunition from the United States and European countries were destroyed.

  The mayor of Arziz, a city in southwestern Odessa state, said the area was hit by a missile.

  The Ukrainian Southern Operational Command said that two missiles launched from the Caspian Sea region hit Kirovograd region on the 3rd, and the local railway infrastructure was hit, causing casualties.

  The Ukrainian Railways said that six train stations in central and western Ukraine were attacked on the 3rd, 14 passenger trains were delayed, and infrastructure was severely damaged.

  The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Military Administration of Ukraine said that the local Kamensky district was hit by two missiles on the 3rd, the railway infrastructure was severely damaged, and railway traffic was interrupted.
