“The areas of six settlements of the Republic fell under shelling,” the ministry said in a Telegram message.
It is noted that more than 100 shells and mines were fired from the BM-21 MLRS, 152 and 122-mm cannon artillery, 120 and 82-mm mortars.
It is also reported that three civilians were injured.
Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin about the capture of Mariupol under the control of the Russian Armed Forces, LPR and DPR.
Putin called successful military work to liberate Mariupol.
