US media: Oscar organizers file disciplinary action against Will Smith over 'slap incident'

　　In a letter to its members, CBS-acquired Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences president (David Rubin) and CEO (Dawn Hudson) said formal review of Smith's Oscar slap "It will take a few weeks."
