- He is requested to be detained on probable cause on suspicion of being stamped for murder, says chamber prosecutor Tobias Lindblom.
For about two weeks now, a woman in her 25s has been in custody in the same case, according to the prosecutor.
The planned murder was to be carried out sometime between February 10 and February 20 this year.
However, no murder has been committed.
- The section on stamping to murder consists of three different parts: that someone has decided that a murder should be carried out, that someone has instigated that someone should carry out murder or that someone has undertaken to carry out the murder.
Which of the above-mentioned parts is involved in this case, the prosecutor does not currently want to comment on.
On the other hand, the murder must have been planned to take place in Linköping municipality.
The arrest hearings will be held sometime during Friday morning.
Probable reasons are the stronger degree of suspicion.
