The Supreme Court of the DPR sentenced in absentia the commander of the marine battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexander Kirilenko. He was found guilty of cruel treatment of the civilian population, the use of prohibited means and methods in an armed conflict, incitement to commit murder in a generally dangerous manner based on political and ideological hatred.
