Earlier, Chupriyan said that more than 40,000 refugees from Donbass arrived in Russia.
The first train with refugees from the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics arrived in Voronezh.
The press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry noted that the evacuation of refugees from Donbass will be carried out around the clock.
