Kim Hye-kyung, the spouse of Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung, apologized for the so-called overpromotion controversy.



Kim Hye-kyung held a press conference at the Democratic Party of Korea in Yeouido, Seoul on the afternoon of the 9th and apologized to her informant, saying, "I am sorry to the people for the things that have happened due to my shortcomings."



She added, "I will do my best so that the truth can be revealed through investigation and audit, and I will take full responsibility for allegations raised even after the election," she added.



Former CEO Lee Nak-yeon, who joined as the general election chairman earlier, said, "I need sincere recognition and a humble apology."
