“Ukraine does not plan to launch a military operation either in the Donbass, or in the Crimea, or in other places,” Kyslytsya said during a meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation around Ukraine.
According to him, Ukraine sees no alternative to a peaceful solution to the conflict.
Earlier, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that Russia does not exclude provocations from the Ukrainian side.
