“Today, January 30, Anita Anand, Minister of National Defense of Canada, arrived in Ukraine on a two-day visit,” RIA Novosti quoted the agency as saying.
As noted, the delegation was met at the airport by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Polishchuk.
The program of the visit includes a meeting between Anand and head of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Alexei Reznikov.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Canada would allocate $120 million to his country in aid.
