They derailed at a house party - cut a friend with a meat ax

- Out of nowhere runs (the suspect) and makes a jump, he hits the ax in the back (plaintiff) for no reason, says a man who was at the party.

The injured man received a small incision in his back and fled to the toilet to stop the bleeding.

Meanwhile, according to the indictment, the man fired an air weapon at the other party participants and made death threats - before leaving the party.

He is now charged with aggravated assault, assault and unlawful threats.

The man denies the crime, in interrogation he says that he tried to interrupt a pretend quarrel that went out of control.
