- We will keep going as long as we have applicants, says Johanna Hedlund, operations manager at Missing people Kalmar.

According to the police, the woman was last seen at a grocery store on New Year's Eve.

During the weekend, the police also deployed divers and helicopters to search for the woman, without success.

Scattered in the city center

During the thirteenth day, Missing people had around 40 applicants out to look in the areas they had not previously searched in daylight.

- We are a bit scattered in the city center.

We track all our seekers and can check where they have been and if they were there in daylight or darkness.

If a sector is searched in the dark, we look there again when it is light.

Now we are mainly on kvarnholmen and work our way out, says Johanna Hedlund.

Will there be more searches later?

- When we round off an effort, we check if there is a basis for more days.

Of course we want to apply as much as possible.
