Elche Yolanda's murderer barricaded himself with an assault rifle in the house of another former couple to take her baby
The Court of Instruction 1 of Elche (Alicante) has agreed to
provisional imprisonment without bail
for a crime of murder for the detainee for the death of Yolanda, a 25-year-old Paraguayan woman, on Christmas Day.
The alleged murderer, who was arrested last Thursday for the death of his partner, who was found

This case is processed in the Court of Violence against Women of Elche.
However, he has another open cause because in his five-day flight, he barricaded himself at dawn at the home of a former partner, with whom he had a daughter,
with an assault rifle,

and a 9 mm parabellum pistol and the intention to take the baby.
In this case, the young woman, who had communicated at the police station her fear that her ex-partner would try to locate her, had police protection and that allowed him to be detained.
This investigation will be carried out by the Investigating Court number 5, which investigates him for the crimes of attempted homicide, breaking and entering, attempted murder in competition, and a crime of establishing a firearms deposit.
The young man entered the courthouse this morning handcuffed, apparently calm and wearing the same black sweater with white stripes with which he was captured last Thursday, after barricading himself with four hostages and shooting at the police with the assault rifle.
The case has been declared a

, but the investigation is still open and more arrests of possible cooperators are not ruled out, both when it comes to covering up their whereabouts for several days and providing them with firearms.
