Senegalese opponent Barthélémy Dias was again briefly arrested in Dakar on Wednesday, November 17.

Candidate for mayor of the capital for the local elections of January 23, 2022, he had already been arrested a few hours a week ago, with Ousmane Sonko and Malick Gakou, other opposition figures, after clashes between their activists and the police.
