He stressed that he advocates strict control of content that reaches children's audiences.
“It is necessary, of course, to inspect and permit only the content that is acceptable for children, for their psyche,” Gref concluded.
According to him, the violent deprivation of a child's gadgets can cause him psychological trauma.
The Federation Council of Russia previously supported the idea of creating an operating system for children.
