Five years after the final dismissal in France, the British justice delivered Friday its conclusions on the sinking of the French trawler, which had made five deaths in 2004. The judge considered that it was about an "accident of fishing ", a hypothesis that the French justice had not retained, hesitating with that of the submarine.
