On Monday evening, a procession of cars drove past the accident site to honor the young people who died.

By 6 pm, at least fifty people had also gathered at the site for a moment of remembrance by the candles that had been set up there.

- Everyone is very, very quiet and looking at the memorial candles, SVT's reporter said on the spot.

The municipality is trying to gather forces to be able to support those who need it.

- This affects the whole society and it is our task to help those who feel bad, says the chairman of the municipal board Michel Plogell (Folkets Röst).

Cause still unclear

What caused the serious accident in which a young man born in 2002 and a boy and a girl born in 2005 died is still unclear.

The police have secured a film from inside the car that shows a sequence just before the crash, something that Borås Tidning first wrote about.

- We can not say what is seen on the film or if it is one or more films, but there is material that is filmed inside the car in connection with the accident, and we have secured this.

It can hopefully help us and the relatives to get an answer to what happened, says Peter Adlersson who is a press spokesperson for the police.
