The traffic police said that every third accident in the Moscow region is associated with a collision with a pedestrian

“Collision with a pedestrian remains one of the most traumatic types of road accidents.

If the severity of the consequences of the general accident rate is in the region of 12%, then in car accidents involving pedestrians it increases to 14%, ”TASS reports.

At the end of August, the State Traffic Inspectorate said that in January - June 2021, compared to the same period in 2020, the number of accidents involving electric scooters in Russia has tripled.
