NTSB released footage of investigators boarding the ill-fated ship "Dali" Investigators secured, among other things, the so-called ship data recorder. According to the recordings, crew members reported shortly before the collision that the freighter had power problems and was no longer propulsive. The Port of Baltimore, one of the largest cargo ports in the USA, remains closed for the time being.
